Change Your Language
Creation is performed when we speak forth commands. Whether we are speaking about what we must do, what we are doing, or telling someone or something to perform a duty. These types of verbal initiations command action and action brings things forth into being. Therefore, your words by way of the language you use enables you to create.
2.) We investigate.
Investigation happens when we form our language to ask questions. When we use our language to ask questions, we are learning new things, seeking out answers, and we receive guidance and clarification to the problems and confusions we encounter in life. In order to learn, we MUST ask questions and language is so powerful that it initiates the learning process.
3.) We possess.
Possession occurs when we use our language to notify others and even ourselves that we are taking what belongs to us. In our language, when we use our words as notification of possession or ownership, we are putting the world on notice that what is ours, is ours. Therefore, in order to claim possession, we must use our language to give notice of what we are possessing.
4.) We teach.
Teaching occurs when we use our language to instruct, guide or to demonstrate through verbal description to others. When we use our words to form our language in this manner, then it allows us to become teachers to those who seek knowledge or truth. Through our language we become teachers.
5.) We give/bequeath/endow.
Giving occurs when we first use our language to inform another person that we are blessing them or gifting them. A verbal expression of giving is stated and then the physical gift is given. Through our language we become givers.
6.) We uplift/encourage/motivate.
Through our language, we can uplift, encourage, and motivate those who are depressed, those who lack courage, and those who are discouraged. As vessels of positivity through our language, the words become strength to those who are weak. One pleasant word can brighten up someone’s day. Through our language we become the source of positive strength by uplifting, encouraging, and motivating.
emphasizes the positive uses of language when initiating the performance of each of these
functions. There are however, negative sides to each of them. For instance, instead of creating
you could tear down. Instead of investigating, you could choose to remain ignorant. Instead of
possessing, you could remain in lack. Instead of teaching, you could rob your children and
generations after you of knowledge. Instead of giving, you could steal or selfishly take away. Lastly,
instead of being uplifting, encouraging, and motivating, you could slander, abuse, and blame.
But trust me...
The positive use of language is so much better and so much more useful than the negative use of
it.
From my own personal experience, I can say that almost everything that I have spoken from my
lips has become my reality at some point or another in my life. Once I realized the occurrence of
these manifestations, I began to change my language because I realized that what was
manifesting wasn’t beneficial to my life and where I wanted to go and what I wanted to
accomplish. Whether I believed in the power of positive talk or not, I could not deny what I
was experiencing.
So, if you are reading this, why don’t you evaluate yourself and try to become more conscious of
the language that you are using. Take notice of what happens when use both negative and
positive words. I think you’d be very surprised about what you notice, especially once you become
aware of the subsequent manifestations that you never even realized or took notice of.
Start today. Change your language. Notice the difference.
